About these terms
These terms govern your use of SubTrail, provided by dpuzzles. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. You must be legally able to agree, or have the permission and supervision required by applicable law. For questions, contact info@dpuzzles.com.
What SubTrail does
SubTrail helps you record subscriptions, organize workspaces and categories, view spending estimates and receive reminders. It is an organizational tool, not a bank, payment service, financial adviser or subscription provider. Adding, marking paid, cancelling or deleting a record in SubTrail does not pay, renew or cancel a subscription with an external provider. You must manage that relationship directly.
Your account and records
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use only accounts and data you are entitled to use. You are responsible for the records you enter and for checking amounts, dates, trial periods and provider terms. Do not place payment-card details, credentials or unnecessary sensitive data in notes. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Reminders, estimates and availability
Reminders depend on your entries, permissions, connectivity, device settings and third-party services. They may be delayed or missed. Keep independent reminders for important payments. Currency conversions, budgets, charts and totals are estimates, may use cached or fallback rates and are not financial, tax or accounting advice. Verify actual charges and rates with your providers.
Acceptable use and ownership
Use the app lawfully. Do not access other users’ information, bypass security, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service or use it to infringe anyone’s rights. We grant a limited, non-exclusive right to use the app for its intended purpose, subject to these terms. App software, branding and design remain owned by dpuzzles or their licensors. You retain rights in your own content and allow us to process it only as needed to operate the service and as described in the privacy policy.
Third-party services and charges
Google, Apple, Firebase, app stores, exchange-rate providers and external subscription providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Charges for subscriptions you track remain between you and those providers. These terms do not authorize us to charge you for a tracked subscription. Any separately offered paid SubTrail feature would need its price and purchase conditions disclosed before purchase; no price or renewal obligation is created by these terms alone.
Ending use and deleting data
You can stop using SubTrail at any time and delete your account through Settings → Profile → Delete account. Export records you need first. See the privacy policy for deletion help and retention details. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements, with notice when appropriate and legally permitted. Deleting a SubTrail account does not cancel any external subscription.
Our responsibility and your rights
We aim to provide a useful, reliable service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free calculations or delivery of every reminder. To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available, and we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user entries, missed external payments, third-party failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or negligence causing death or personal injury, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Updates, questions and disputes
We may update the app and these terms as features or requirements change. Revised terms will appear here with a new date, and material changes will be communicated where required. Contact dpuzzles at info@dpuzzles.com to discuss questions or resolve a concern. Applicable mandatory law and any non-waivable right to use your local courts or consumer authorities remain available. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
